At Abbott, we are continually improving the way we support our Libre community. As part of this commitment, we will be launching an enhanced online store experience on Monday, 07 Sep 2026.

What You Need to Know

Logging into Your Account
  • No password reset required, provided your email address was previously verified. You can continue logging in with your existing email and password.
  • Simply click forgot password to access your account if your email address has not been verified, or if you are unable to log in with your current password.
Seamless access to Your Information
  • Your account’s profile information will remain available.
  • Previous order history and remaining store credits will be available on the new platform.
  • Saved payment methods will be available.  
Temporary Pause in Online Ordering

To support this upgrade, our online store will be temporarily unavailable from 6:00pm on Sunday, 06 Sep 2026 to 6:00am on Monday, 07 Sep 2026.

We recommend placing orders before 6:00pm on 06 Sep 2026, to avoid any disruption to your sensor supply. Alternatively, you may purchase FreeStyle Libre sensors from our official Shopee or Lazada stores   during this time.

What Remains the Same

Please be assured that:
  • Your Libre products remain unchanged.
  • Product pricing remains unchanged.
  • Customer support remains available.
  • Existing warranty and support processes remain unchanged.
