  • Users of Libre products in the past 12 months are not eligible. Abbott reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants of this Program.
  • Each eligible participant can purchase 1 Libre 2 Plus sensor for S$10.
  • Application of Libre 2 Plus sensor will be done at the Experience Centre, during the 60-min group session with Abbott.
  • Eligible participants must download the LibreLink app on their mobile devices to access their glucose reading. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our compatibility guide on our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app.
  • As part of the Experience Program, participants will receive SMS notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders the day before the event. Please present the SMS upon arrival for admission.
  • As part of the Experience Program, participants will also receive emails and SMS to support their journey as new users of Libre 2 Plus. These emails will include educational and promotional content.
  • After the Experience Program, users will continue to receive marketing content via emails and SMS. You can opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails, or you may contact us at ADC-CS.SG@abbott.com or through our hotline at 1800-272-2881 to update your consent.
  • To the extent permissible by law, Abbott shall not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by a participant while participating in the Program, unless such loss or damage is proven to be solely and directly caused by Abbott.

Indications: The FreeStyle Libre 2 Flash Glucose Monitoring System Reader (“Reader”) when used with a FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Flash Glucose Monitoring System Sensor (“Sensor”) is indicated for measuring interstitial fluid glucose levels in people (age 2 and older) with diabetes mellitus, including pregnant women. The Reader and Sensor are designed to replace blood glucose testing in the self-management of diabetes, including dosing of insulin. The indication for children (age 2 - 12) is limited to those who are supervised by a caregiver who is at least 18 years of age. The caregiver is responsible for managing or assisting the child to manage the Reader and Sensor and also for interpreting or assisting the child to interpret Sensor glucose readings.

1) What is the cost of joining the Experience Program?

There is no cost in booking an experience session. If eligible, you will only need to pay $10 when you purchase your Libre 2 Plus sensor during the experience session.

2) Who is eligible to join the program?

People living with diabetes who have not previously used Libre products in the past 12 months and own a mobile phone compatible with the Singapore LibreLink App.1

3) How long will Libre 2 Plus sensor last?

Designed for continuous wear for up to 15 days, suitable for use during exercise, swimming,3 and showering.
